What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Our jerky is vacuum-sealed to maintain peak freshness. Unopened bags typically stay fresh for 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain texture and flavor.
Where do you source your meat?
We pride ourselves on quality. All our beef is 100% grass-fed and sourced from local sustainable farms that do not use added hormones or antibiotics.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
Many of our flavors are gluten-free; however, some traditional recipes use soy sauce that contains wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy for food items?
