At Jerky, we take pride in the quality of our snacks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a documented quality issue.

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unopened jerky pouches in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
